Greetings Faire Vendor,
                                      Now is the time to secure your position as a vendor for the 2008 Cain's Crossing Renaissance Faire! We're looking forward to another wondrous Faire to benefit the Auburn Education Foundation. All proceeds from the Faire will directly help the students of Auburn. All of the coordinators for this project are volunteers and greatly appreciate your participation in this endeavor. Cain's Crossing is inviting all applicants to participate in the Friday, May 9th, 2008 "School Day".

3. Gatelist, waiver, requested photos/copies of booth, merchandise and resale permit, and check must be sent in with your completed application. All photos/copies become Faire property.

   Faire will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given under any circumstances including, but not limited to; cancellations or early closure of faire due to inclement weather, acts of God or other emergencies. Early refunds must be requested in writing before 3/31/08. Payment must accompany application. Your check will be deposited upon receipt, however this does not imply acceptance. All applications are subject to the approval of the Cain's Crossing Committee. If rejected by the committee, a refund will be sent within 30 days of postmarked rejection letter.
