No refunds will be given under any circumstances including, but not limited to; cancellations or early closure of faire due to inclement weather, acts of God or other emergencies. Early refunds must be requested in writing before 3/31/08. Payment must accompany application. Your check will be deposited upon receipt, however this does not imply acceptance. All applications are subject to the approval of the Cain's Crossing Committee. If rejected by the committee, a refund will be sent within 30 days of postmarked rejection letter.
