How much? ______________________________ Regarding encampment space, please remember to send along a picture of your encampment or direct us to an online photo. What are the dimensions of your encampment? Hay bales? _________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________ Set up and check in: For those attending on Friday, the children only day, set up will be on Thursday. Note the very early starting time on Friday morning. Set up of your encampment must be finished by 7:30am Friday. The patrons on Friday will be 350 to 500 7th graders in addition to educators, chaperones and countless parent volunteers. After 2:00pm on Friday afternoon, set up and check in for Saturday can begin. Faire will be open to the public. Set up and participant check for the weekend must be completed by 9:00am on Saturday morning. We appreciate your participation in this event to benefit the Auburn Education Foundation.
