How can you get involved?

Cain's Crossing Renaissance Faire wants you to make history come alive each May at Auburn Regional Park.   The faire takes months of dedicated volunteer time to produce and – needless to say – it truly takes a village to put this event on.

  • Sponsors of Cain’s Crossing believe in education as much as we do and support our efforts to provide and educational faire that, in turn, provides some economic assistance to local schools.  Cain’s Crossing is a 501c3 organization and donations are tax deductible.  It’s also a great opportunity to build brand recognition among faire attendees and participants while supporting education in your community.
  • Volunteers are needed to help with poster and flyer distribution; site set-up and tear-down;, parking; box office, Children’s Glen activities, trash collection, and more. The opportunities for involvement are limitless. Click on the Volunteer link for more information.
  • Volunteer board and production positions are also available.  If you have a particular area of expertise and want to donate your time to an organization that directly benefits the community, please send a letter of introduction and interest with your resume to Cain’s Crossing today.
  • Entertainers are welcome to apply early for consideration.  Please read and complete the Entertainment Application located on the Documents page.
  • Re-enactors who belong to a guild should submit a Guild Application found via
the Documents page. Don’t belong to a guild?  We invite you to come out to the faire, make friends and find a guild that may interest you.
  • Businesses interested in selling your wares or providing services in the Marketplace should submit a Wares Vendor Application or Food & Beverage Vendor Application located on the Documents page.
